Apartments in Austin, TX

My boyfriend and I have lived at TRIO for 9 months now and we are very happy here! The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the maintenance is very prompt (We've had only a couple of minor problems, such as a clogged drain in the bathroom sink). Our dog loves the new HUGE dog park and the doggy bath in the laundry room! Our neighbors are very friendly and the location is extremely convenient to downtown, the hike and bike trail around the lake, etc.

Okay, so I've been living in Trio for about 8 months and have had a great experience. Office staff are incredible. They are friendly and if you take a minute to talk to them, they can be a great resource and truly want to hear what you have to say or ask. The maintenance crew is also great. I've had several different maintenance workers in my unit for different small issues and they were all respectful, prompt, and handled whatever I needed.

The move-in process was quick and easy. Adriana was really nice and made me feel very welcome. The walk through was quick and efficient with minor maintenance requests. I give Trio a 10.

I've lived here for about a year now and I really enjoy the place. Never had any serious problems and any issues I've ever need taken care of has been super easy to resolve. Would recommend if you need something affordable and still close to downtown.

I’ve lived at Trio for almost a year and a half now. While I’ve had some ups and downs (like you would with most apartment complexes) overall I’ve enjoyed my experience. The units are upgraded and spacious and the staff does their best to work with you to get issues resolved. I also enjoy their package system. It is easy and simple. You are notified via email and text when you have a package in the office and you can pick it up at your convenience.

I have had such a pleasant experience with this community. The staff is so accommodating and quick to respond. I am currently living in a designer unit filled with natural light with an amazing price. In addition, it's located in a prime area with quick access to the highway, main East Austin area, SoCo, and an easy drive downtown. I love living at TRIO
